I had to share this even though it happened last week. Emily was on the phone with a certain grandmother who will remain nameless (that makes it pretty hard to narrow down, huh? :), and said in motherly fashion:
"Nana, you really need to go to the dentist because, you're pretty old."
Needless to say, Brian and I were rolling on the floor while at the same time trying to explain to our 3 1/2 year old why she might not want to say that to people. Luckily, Nana has a sense of humor as well.

- I am a ridiculously proud momma of two girls and one little boy. The blessing that they are in my life is the most amazing in the world, and I know that I see the face of my Lord in their sweet and contagious smiles everyday. I am also the proud wife of the most wonderful man in the world, my husband Brian of 9 years. I love playing most any kind of sports (especially tennis and swimming) and have been an RN for almost 8 years. My latest obsession is scrapbooking anything and everything, especially my kiddos.
